Single Sessions

It is so easy to get overwhelmed with all of the different information floating around about health, wellness, and healing.

You may be thinking, "Where do I start?", "What is right for me and my body's unique needs?", "Do I need to use supplements?", or "I'm too busy to make changes".

I understand the feeling, I have been there before too.

Let me help you cut through all of the weeds and finally get the information that YOU need for YOUR unique body.

Together we will work on understanding the root causes of your symptoms, how you can finally regain your health and wellbeing and not just put a bandaid on your symptoms. We will discuss your individualized wellness protocol, how to implement it into your daily life, and how to finally regain the peace, clarity, and well-being that you were born to have.
My session are all about empowering you with the information you need as to why you are sick, how you can get better, how to safeguard your health for the future, and move through life again with greater ease, compassion, self-love, and vitality.

Working with clients, I use my knowledge from my studies at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Medical Medium info from his books, radio shows, webinars, and being a member of the Official Medical Medium Practitioners Group. I also draw on my experience as a health coach as well as my personal experience healing myself from chronic illness to bring you the information you need to move forward with your health and your life.

Initial Consultation
During this session we will discuss your health history and your current symptoms. We will formulate a path to wellness that is specifically designed for you. We will also discuss lifestyle factors and how you can best be supported on your journey back to wellness!

1.5 hours - $250
​
Follow Up Consultation
During this session we discuss your progress and any changes that have occurred for you. Based on that, we will create an updated path to wellness just for you. For existing clients only

1 hour - $200

30 minutes - $100
